About me

I’m a freelance Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) specialising in native application development. I’ve been developing mobile applications professionally since 2012. With each passing year my excitement and enthusiasm only grows.

Working across a variety of different applications I am able to successfully complete any project. I have significant experience taking a project from an idea all the way to release, maintenance, and improvement.

Get in contact with me and let’s work out how to bring your project to life.

Squeak Voice Changer

Squeak Voice Changer is an easy, fun way to change and share your voice. Simply record your voice, apply a filter and save it for yourself or share it with your friends.

I build out the Squeak app from the start to finish. The project was design lead and it was important to meet the high quality the client required.

PicTapGo – Simple, fast, and fun photo editor

PicTapGo is the simple, fun, and fast photo editing app. Transform your images in seconds with over 70 stackable filters, an intuitive crop and rotate tool, reusable recipes, and fast workflow.

I join PicTapGo after a failed attempt to outsource development to a company in India. After reviewing the application we decided to completely rebuild it using Kotlin and RenderScript. The results were definitely worth it. I continue to maintain PicTapGo for Totally Rad!, Inc.

iAuditor – Safety Checklists

iAuditor is a workplace safety application empowering workers to take control of their work environment through audits, checklists, and forms. iAuditor is the leading application for workplace safety all across the globe being used by people like Goldcorp, London City Airport, and Boca Raton Resort & Club.

I worked with SafetyCulture from start of their Android application through to supporting it post release. During my two and a half years with SafetyCulture I help to build out the Android team. Eventually running their whole mobile team.

Zibit – Social Payments

Zibit is a social payments application that is designed to make sharing expenses with friends more easy. Zibit allows you to create and customise pay events such as splitting bills at restaurants, buying concert or movie tickets, chipping in for trips away or birthday presents, and paying your rent or household bills. You can take care of splitting bills with a simple way to send and receive money, make group payments, or exchange money with your friends and family.

I worked with the team at Zib Media to get Zibit to a release ready state. I took over the development of the Android application and ensured the app was released on time.

Chemical Maze – Checking Food Additives and Cosmetic Ingredients

Chemical Maze is an application that allows the user to quickly look up food additives and cosmetic ingredients to determine what they are made of and how harmful they may be to their health. It is based on the research by international best selling author Bill Statham.

I worked to create an Android version of this application for release working with a designer and the database to bring the application to market.
